Rendering.
Rendering is the first step in our process, where every design begins. During this stage, we collect all necessary vehicle and fitment data to create a high-definition CAD rendering of your custom wheel design. This rendering allows you to visualize the final product before machining begins, and revisions are welcomed to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

Making The Wheel.
Machining & Production begins once your CAD rendering is approved. Your wheel design is translated into precise toolpaths, and a forged 6061-T6 aluminum blank is transformed into the final wheel through CNC turning and multi-axis machining. Key areas—such as the spoke profile, hub bore, bolt pattern, valve location, and offset pad—are cut to tight tolerances to ensure exact fitment and strength. During this stage, substantial material is removed to achieve the ideal balance of weight and rigidity, resulting in a wheel that’s engineered for real performance—not just appearance.

The Result.
Result is where precision meets presentation. After all machining is complete, each wheel is carefully prepared and finished according to your selected specifications. Whether brushed, polished, painted, or custom finished, every surface is treated with high-quality clear coat or protective finish layers to enhance durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term appearance. Once finalized, the wheels are thoroughly inspected and packaged to ensure they arrive ready for installation and built exactly as intended.
