Because every set is made to order and built to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns or refunds. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and materials by offering a lifetime structural warranty on all wheels against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or other forms of human error.

Every order we produce is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transit rests with them. If your shipment arrives damaged, any claims must be filed directly with the carrier, as we are not liable for damage incurred during transit.

Our current lead times are estimated at 45–60 days from the start of production to delivery. Please note that all lead times are estimates and may vary depending on order specifications, port conditions, shipping delays, and customs clearance.
